I was inbetween the 4:3 vs the 16:8 fasting ratios. After learning how MansaBrice used the 16:8 method to dramatically drop down his body fat whiel still maintaing muscle, I was inspired to stick with that method of fasting. It even came with a free guide!

Most of my goals center around getting bigger arms. I feel like having large biceps and triceps is essential to looking big. I want to aim for 20 inch arms and I think this guide is comprehensive enough to get me there.
