A qualified field inspector will visit the property and attempt to make contact with the occupant to obtain their name. While at the property, our inspector will also document any adverse conditions visible from the street and front door.
Inspection results include:
1. Occupant name is given.
2. Reporting on general exterior property conditions.
3. Detailed photo documentation.
